The cost of a single session is £60, a session usually lasts about an hour.

I request payment at the end of the session either by cash, cheque or online by bank transfer.

During your first session we will discuss:
If Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the right treatment for you
How many sessions you are likely to require
What your treatment plan would entail
Treatment costs
Any questions you may have
If you decide at the end of this session that the treatment is not right for you I will not charge you; if you and I agree that Cognitive Hypnotherapy is the right treatment for you then you pay for the session.
