Nowadays most of us know that if we eat more than our body needs to sustain itself it will store the surplus food as fat; we also know that to be slim, fit and healthy we should eat 5 portions of fruit & veg daily, eat a low fat diet and do at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. So if we know all that how come a lot of people are still overweight?
If you are overweight the answer will be deeply seated in subconscious mind.

Why you Overeat

Research has shown that humans overeat for one or more of the following reasons:
You overeat to reward or to entertain
You eat to lessen or negate an unpleasant experience
You eat because you want to be noticed, to gain authority
You eat when you need love
You eat because you are afraid
All of these reasons are pyschological and the root of them will be deep in your subconcious.
